Who we are
Opulent Gatherings is a UK gift box business. You can contact us about your data at info@theopulentgatherings.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address and the details you give us about your order, such as the occasion, number of boxes, date and any message. If you order, we also collect delivery addresses and the information needed to invoice you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, because you asked us to.
- To fulfil and deliver your order, which we need to do under our contract with you.
- To keep business and tax records, which the law requires.
We do not sell your details, and we only send you marketing if you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Our website host stores enquiry form submissions. Couriers receive delivery addresses, and our payment provider processes payments. Each uses your data only to provide that service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. Order and invoice records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@theopulentgatherings.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
